Why did you choose your major? “It is an aspect of the IT field that I had not considered before and it was a great
deal for the classes I received through the EXCELerate program. I couldn't pass up
the opportunity.
What made you choose Allegany College of Maryland? “ACM is close to my residence so it was always a first option.”
Why would you recommend Allegany College of Maryland to future students? “It is a great institution with very helpful staff and so many options for success.”
What advice would you give future college students? “Concentrate and stay motivated while you are young.”
Additional Comments: “The EXCELerate Program was something I accidentally stumbled upon and I am beyond
thankful that I did. It opened up a career field that I had never thought about. The
teachers are very knowledgeable and have experience with the subject they are teaching.
To top it all off, the material being taught was super interesting to me.”
