The State of Maryland requires the ACM Board of Trustees to meet at least four times
a year. Additional meetings and special sessions may be called by the board chair.
The ACM Board of Trustees Public Session meetings, held in the Board Room, are open
to the public with the exception of their Executive Session meetings.
