Why did you choose your major?
I have a passion for helping people and working out.
What made you choose ACM? It offered me a second chance after losing my job due to the closure of the paper
mill.
How has your experience been at ACM? It’s been great! Professor Oldham and Professor Savage are very supportive.
Why would you recommend ACM to future students? It is a great learning environment and there are many great fields to choose from.
What are some challenges you have encountered as a college student? Time management, for sure. With three kids, it is hard to find time with them and
study. I ended up losing a lot of sleep.
When will you graduate and what are your plans after college? I will be starting my career at Potomac Valley Hospital. They are great people and
have helped me grow as a PTA.
What advice would you give future college students? Do your best, apply yourself, and be genuine to others.
