If you graduated high school within the last year OR are an early placement student enrolled part-time at ACM while still attending high school, this section is for you.

Have you:

• Applied and been accepted to Allegany College of Maryland?
• Earned a C or better in chemistry, biology, and algebra?
• Passed the Allegany College of Maryland Placement Assessment?
• Passed the Anatomy & Physiology Placement Exam?
• Completed the nursing entrance exam HESI A2?
• Obtained CPR certification?

If you answered yes to all these questions, head to the program application.

If you answered no to any of these questions, no worries! Your first step is to complete our general admissions application here or fill out our online inquiry form to receive more information. 

You’ve got general education courses under your belt now. Nice! You can apply for the Nursing Program if you’ve:

• Applied and been accepted to Allegany College of Maryland
• Passed the Allegany College of Maryland Placement Assessment and Science Placement Exam or completed all required courses
• Have a minimum college GPA of 2.50
• Successfully completed Anatomy & Physiology I (Biology 207)
• Obtained CPR certification
• Taken the Nursing Admission Assessment Exam
