Start or Restart Your College Journey at ACM's July 18th Enrollment Day

 

EVERETT, Pa.—July 2, 2024—The Allegany College of Maryland (ACM) Bedford County Campus will host an Enrollment Day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, for prospective students and their guests. Attendees will have the chance to tour the campus, meet with an advisor and enroll and register for fall classes. 

Prospective students will learn how ACM makes a college education affordable for Pennsylvanians. For example, it’s always free to apply to ACM. The college also offers discounted tuition through its Regional Student Waiver program, an extensive student scholarships program and need-based financial aid.  

ACM Bedford County Campus is a welcoming, supportive environment for students of all ages. In 2023, the campus was renovated to better serve students and the community.

• The nursing program is now on site, and it offers an ultramodern nursing simulation lab for skills instruction, a 3-D Anatomage Table for virtual dissections, study areas, and nursing classrooms in one place.
• Individual and group study and socialization areas feature contemporary furniture and charging stations.
• Newer technologies make it easier for students to view live or recorded classes and distance learning courses.
• A Campus Store kiosk for easily ordering books and supplies and an outpost of The Pantry, ACM’s permanent supply pantry, are available.
