ALLEGANY COLLEGE OF MARYLAND ANNOUNCES UPDATES
CUMBERLAND, Md. (Apr. 7, 2020) – Allegany College of Maryland (ACM) announced that the college’s Maryland campus and extension sites will not be open to nonessential employees, prospective and current students, and the community until after Maryland Governor Hogan’s current Order Number 20-03-30-01 is lifted. The college will follow a similar approach at its Pennsylvania campus and extension site in concert with the Commonwealth’s Stay-At-Home directive. ACM will continue with remote delivery of student services. Students and community members with questions may email the Info Center for assistance.
ACM will postpone its Spring 2020 commencement exercises for its Cumberland and Bedford County Campuses until August. New commencement dates and further information about the awarding of degrees will be provided to eligible students as soon as possible.
