The Dean of Student & Legal Affairs manages several legal matters for the College, including responsibility for the policies and procedures related to First Amendment activities, compliance with Maryland Public Information Act (ie., FOIA), non-discrimination, compliance with state and federal drug/alcohol mandates, and Title IX/Clery compliance.
