Graduation applications must be completed by any student wishing to receive a degree or certificate in May 2023.
The date for Spring graduation is Saturday, May 13 2023.
The Spring 2023 graduation application deadline is Monday, February 13, 2023.
$100 late fee applications will be from February 14 - Friday April 2, 2023.
No late applications will be accepted after April 21, 2023.

No student may graduate with an incomplete grade(s).
It is strongly recommended that students utilize Self-Service and run a program evaluation and/or meet with an academic advisor to review program requirements for completion.
All students are expected to complete an application for graduation, regardless of participation in the commencement ceremony. All students are expected to complete a separate application for each degree or certificate.
Students that attended other colleges or universities and wish to transfer credit must official transcript(s) sent to ACM’s Admissions Office.

Information regarding graduation eligibility will be emailed to your ACM student email account.
All graduates encouraged to attend the commencement ceremony. Only students eligible for degree(s) or certificate(s) are permitted to participate in commencement ceremony.
Ceremony details will be sent to the students’ ACM email account when the details are released by Commencement Committee.
Commencement exercises for spring graduation will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Specific details will be released once they are finalized.

Rehearsal – when applicable will be sent to the students’ ACM email account.
Cap & Gowns – Information regarding picking up caps and gowns will be emailed to the students’ ACM email account.
Announcements – available to be picked up with Caps & Gowns.
Speakers – qualified applicants will be invited to audition to speak at the commencement ceremony. Invitations will be emailed to your ACM student email address.

Graduates with cumulative GPAs as follows will be recognized at the commencement ceremony:
Students receive diploma cover as they walk across the stage. After ceremony, students will be able to pick up diploma. Picture ID required when picking up the diploma.
For students not attending commencement ceremony, diplomas will be available in Associate Registrar’s Office from 8:30 – 4:30 during the week after ceremony date.
Diplomas not picked up the week after the ceremony will be mailed to the address on the student’s graduation application.
