Available for pickup in the Advising Center from Monday, December 1, 2025, through Friday, December 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. There is no charge for your cap and gown. Provided only for students walking in the ceremony; caps and gowns are not mailed.
No tickets are required for family and friends to attend the ceremony.

It is strongly recommended that students utilize Self-Service and run a program evaluation and/or meet with an academic advisor to review program requirements for completion.
All students are expected to complete an application for graduation, regardless of participation in the commencement ceremony. All students are expected to complete a separate application for each degree or certificate.
Students that attended other colleges or universities and wish to transfer credit must have official transcript(s) sent to ACM’s Admissions Office.

Graduates with cumulative GPAs as follows will be recognized at the commencement ceremony:
Diplomas are not available prior to the commencement date. Diplomas can be picked up as of December 15 through December 19th. The College will then be CLOSED for the Holiday break. Upon our return on January 5, 2026 diploma's will be available again for pick up until January 12, 2026. After the 12th any diplomas not picked up will be mailed to the address on file.
Students must have fulfilled ALL their financial obligations to the College before diplomas are released. Please contact the Business and Financial Aid offices in order to ensure you have met all your financial obligations/exit counseling requirements so, your diploma is not held back from the ceremony.
Transcripts requests with graduation credentials (graduation date and honors status) will be posted to transcripts by the end of business on December 15th. If you are requesting a transcript and need your degree information on that transcript, please request that the transcript be held until after graduation credentials are posted.
