Financial Aid Disbursement and Payment Information

Federal financial aid is disbursed (or paid) each semester after the 80% refund date, with the exception of Federal Work-Study funds. Financial Aid pays —in order— your tuition and fees, purchases at the ACM Campus Store, and your Willowbrook Woods housing bill, if you are a resident.

Any remaining aid is available within two weeks as a student refund check, and will be mailed to the address on file.

To keep your financial aid on track, be sure that your financial aid awards is an “accepted” status in Self-Service, and that have your final, official high school transcript on file in Admissions Office.

For Willowbrook Woods residents, remaining aid after payment of tuition and fees and books is automatically applied to your housing bill. Residents may receive a refund of remaining funds after that payment.
