The U.S. Department of Education requires every state in which the institution is located to have a process to review and appropriately act on complaints concerning the institution. To this end, Allegany College of Maryland is making available to its students the contact information for filing complaints with its State accreditor and/or State approval or licensing agency.
Students who wish to file a complaint must first exhaust the complaint process established by Allegany College of Maryland. Our complaint process is located in the Student Handbook
After reviewing and following the steps shown in the Handbook, if the complaint remains unresolved, students can file a complaint by following the appropriate link below.
