ACCOMMODATIONS STATEMENT
Information regarding disabilities is requested at the time of registration. It is the participant's responsibility to present themselves to the Registration staff if accommodations are needed. For further information, call 301-784-5341.

CANCELLATIONS
The College reserves the right to cancel any course that, in the judgment of the Center staff, does not have sufficient enrollment. The decision is usually made one week before the first scheduled class meeting, and all registrants will be notified promptly. A full refund is processed automatically. To help prevent cancellations, please register at least two weeks before a course is scheduled to begin.

REFUND POLICY
If a student wishes to withdraw from a course and receive a refund, an official withdrawal form must be submitted to the Center for Continuing Education Registration Office. All costs will be refunded if the student withdraws before the first session of the course. If the student withdraws after the first session but on or before 20% of the course has been completed, 80% of the tuition will be refunded. No refunds will be issued to students withdrawing after 20% of the course has been completed. The above also applies to students who stop attending a course but do not officially withdrawal. The student can easily obtain the withdrawal form by calling the Continuing Education Registration Office at 301-784-5341.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
Most classes will be held on the Allegany College of Maryland Campus; exceptions are identified on the schedule. To determine the building and room for your class, either (1) call the College at 301-784-5143, or (2) visit the Registration Office located in the Continuing Education Building on the first night of your class.
