Being an ACM Allied Health student isn’t easy but our instructors are here to help.
In your experience, what are the “superpowers” that make a great instructor stand
out? They have worked in the medical fields and I think that is super important that my
instructors came from long term health care fields.
What’s been your superpower that’s made you a great Allied Health student? My bedside manner – compassion for other human beings.
What’s your favorite piece of technology at school or work? Phone – all the medical apps that I use all the time.
What 3 things do you like (or love, we’ll always take love) about the courses in your
major? Like visiting with real patients, like group of students I am with – all seem to be
hard core about nursing. And that it is setting me up for my future.
What experience (or class) at ACM surprised you the most? Working hands on with instructors. I didn’t realize they would be so involved.
What are your plans after graduation? Work in the ER in Myrtle Beach and play music.
