Q.

What do you enjoy most about your position?
A. It would be hard to narrow down to just one thing.  I enjoy the team of people I work with in my department; we get a lot done and have fun doing it.  They make coming to work every day something to look forward to.  Also, getting to know the students and student-athletes; they are the heart and soul of what we do and why we do it.  They are here to learn, yet I've learned so much from them.

Q.

What is your vision for the future of ACM?
A. My vision for the future of ACM is that we will be constantly changing to meet the needs of the students and community.

Q.

Who mentored you in your career at ACM?
A. When I first came to ACM, it was Jerry Rice. In the past few years it would be my coworkers in my department and many colleagues who have helped me grow at the college, outside atheltics and PE.

Q.

What adivce would you give to a prospective student interested in enrolling at ACM?
A. College is for everyone and ACM is the best place to start. The staff and faculty are here to help you and provide the resources you need for success.

Q.

Did you take classes at ACM? If so, how did it prepare you for your career?
A. I am a graduate of the Office Technologies program; and it absolutely prepared me for my career. I was hired right out of college with the State of Maryland because of the recommendation from where I interned while at ACM. The networking and experience in the internship provided me an avenue to succeed.

Additional Comments:

I started at ACM when I was 21 years old and feel like I grew up here. ACM is like home to me.
