Noah Beidle, Bedford, Bedford Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. Tuition Assistance Award; Jocelyn Black, Bedford, Bedford Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. Tuition Assistance Award; Shania Bowser, Manns Choice, Memorial Hospital of Bedford County Foundation Scholarship; Abigail Cain, Everett, New Hope Foundation Scholarship; Nichole Claar, New Paris, Ruth Morris Gladfelter Scholarship; Chelsey Clark, Everett, Bedford Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc.
