ALLEGANY COLLEGE OF MARYLAND BEDFORD COUNTY CAMPUS TO HOLD ORIENTATION
EVERETT, PA (Jan. 4, 2021) – Allegany College of Maryland will host New Student Orientation sessions from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Students must preregister for their New Student Orientation by completing an online form at allegany.edu/student-orientation or by calling 814-652-9528, ext. 6200. Student may also email mclark@allegany.edu to request a one-on-one orientation meeting. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, session attendance is limited. All attendees must wear face masks and follow health and safety protocols. Each student may bring only one guest.
New Student Orientation sessions are designed to introduce students enrolling in the spring semester to available ACM services through mini-information sessions on financial aid, scholarships, computer services and college survival skills. Other topics covered include: career development, crisis counseling, disability services, support systems, the testing lab and tutoring services. Incoming students may also have their Student ID photograph taken.
Allegany College of Maryland’s Bedford County Campus is located at 18 North River Lane in Everett. ACM will offer a mix of in-person, hybrid and online courses for the spring 2021 semester. Registration remains open with classes beginning on Thursday, January 21. Students may preview the spring semester schedule online.
