ALLEGANY COLLEGE OF MARYLAND SOMERSET EDUCATION SITE OFFERS SPRING COURSES
SOMERSET, Pa. (Nov. 27, 2019) – Allegany College of Maryland invites new students to register now for spring semester 2020. Full-term courses begin on Wed., January 15 at all locations. ACM’s Somerset Education Site, located at 707 Georgian Place in Suite 315, will offer five, three-credit courses in the spring.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday courses will include Sociology 101 – Intro to Sociology, 11:00 to 11:50 a.m.; and Speech 101 – Speech Communication I, 12:00 to 12:50 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday courses will include History 103 – United States History I from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; and Psychology 203 – Human Growth and Development from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.
Humanities 110 – Interdisciplinary Leadership I will be offered as a three-day course from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 7-9.

The College will host general information sessions and tours of its Cumberland campus
from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Sat., Dec. 14 and Sat., Jan. 4 beginning in its Continuing
Education Building. Prospective students interested in enrolling at ACM’s Cumberland
