*Pennsylvania State Subsidy: Residents of Pennsylvania are assisted by the State of Pennsylvania for credit hours taken at the Pennsylvania Campuses. These rates are not known yet for Fall 2013.

**Somerset County Commissioners' Subsidy: Residents of Somerset County, Pennsylvania are assisted by the Somerset County Commissioners for credit hours taken at the Somerset County Campus. These rates are subject to change.

Early College Students: Pay one-half of the tuition rate per credit hour based on their residency.  The subsidy rate for PA Early College Students is one-half the regular subsidy rate per credit hour.
Early College and/or Dual Enrolled Students are those who are currently in high school, are 16 years of age or older, and are taking college courses at Allegany College of Maryland.
