Allegany College of Maryland Foundation

The Allegany College of Maryland Foundation was founded in 1982 and is a not-for-profit foundation organized and incorporated under Maryland law.

Its purpose is to receive private gifts, bequests, and donations, and to account for, manage, and help appreciate monies or property submitted to the Foundation or College. Your gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law.

Funds for the Foundation are distributed to encourage and promote the growth, progress, and general welfare of Allegany College of Maryland.

Your generosity provides academic scholarship awards to students who make their dreams and goals a reality. Brighter futures built on solid foundations, the mission of this foundation, is fulfilled when your financial contributions translate into improved lives.

But our needs continue to increase daily. Tuition increases, necessary as they are, make our students even more dependent on your support.

To make a tax-deductible gift to our foundations or learn more about giving opportunities and legacy donations, please call 301-784-5200 or email djones@allegany.edu.  As a 501(c) (3), your gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
