The Art of Baking Class in the Fall semester was such a success that we decided to pick up where we left off and present its sequel. Baker Alexandra Brawn has a fun evening planned that will feature ingredients found in most professional bakeshops. She is going to offer more inside tips that will make your baked goods the hit of the season. Baking is truly an art, but once you tackle the basics, you will know the secrets of the patissiere (pastry chef). And no, you don't have to have taken the first class to savor this one!
