Kurt Hoffman, an expert on California wines, and Chef Tyler Warn present the sequel to this popular course held in 2012 for an evening of stimulating discussion and wine tasting with appropriate food pairings. You will be on your way to learning the intricacies of being a "sommelier". NOTE: Wine will be served. You must be age 21 or older to enroll in this course.
