Cooking with Beer (C/S251)

You may have heard of beer battered fish or even beer cheese soup, but what other delectable dishes contain fine hops and barley? Join Debbie Schurg in preparing delicious offerings with beer as an ingredient. Along the way, students will even be sipping samples of different brews to determine stout and body. It's a lesson in the kitchen not seen since Samuel Adams himself taught this class! NOTE: Alcohol will be served. You must be age 21 or older to enroll in this course.
