Zumba BootCamp (C/S209)

Zumba BootCamp combines all of the best and most productive exercises in one energizing class! Additionally, each class will finish with some type of floor work for intense glute and abdominal toning. Participants should bring water, a towel, 3-5 lb. hand weights and an exercise mat.
