Swimming for Adults, Beginning (C/S174)

Have you always wanted to learn how to swim? Don't let your fears get the best of you. You never know when you will be put in a position where swimming may save your life or save another person's life. In this class, students will learn the basic swimming strokes and water safety skills. By the end of the six weeks, students will have the confidence and skills needed for safe (and fun) swimming. Don't wait any longer! Participants must complete a Statement of Release Form and a short health questionnaire prior to class. Students must be 16 years of age or older to register. About the Instructor: Carter Imes is a certified lifeguard and swim instructor with the American Red Cross.
