Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy (CHE759)

Discover the benefits of Craniosacral Therapy, developed by Dr. John E. Upledger, with basic techniques. You can apply them in your practice and for your own health. In this 2-day course you will study the craniosacral system and its relationship to illness, pain and dysfunction. CST enhances the body's natural healing processes to improve the operation of the central nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of stress, enhance health and strengthen resistance to disease. It is a gentle, hands-on technique used to evaluate and enhance the function of the craniosacral system - the physiological body system comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
