Zumba BootCamp (C/S209)Zumba BootCamp combines all of the best and most productive exercises in one energizing class! Enjoy latin-inspired dance, mixed with intense cardio and weight training. Participants will have fun, burn fat and speed up their metabolism through this interval-style workout. Additionally, each class will finish with some type of floor work for intense glute and abdominal toning. Participants should bring water, a towel, 3-5 lb. hand weights and an exercise mat. Zumba BootCamp is the perfect way for enthusiasts to "combat" unhealthy lifestyles. The battle for a healthier and more active you begins in BootCamp!
