In just one semester, you'll get the training you need to stay on top of current office technologies.

Overview

Student Filing Documents in DrawerOur Business Office Support certificate is designed to meet your individual training needs for your role as an office assistant. With options for you to take introductory or advanced level skill courses to prepare for today’s workplace, you'll gain the up-to-date technology and communication skills required to become an asset in any office setting.

All courses within this certificate are applicable toward the one-year certificate of Office Systems Support and the two-year Associate of Applied Science degree Office Technologies - Administrative Assistant.

As a Business Office Support program student, you'll be invited to participate in Phi Beta Lambda (PBL), the collegiate equivalent of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), and its many college-sponsored and community service projects.

Course Information

As an Office Technologies - Business Office Support program student, you'll expand your knowledge and gain career training through instruction in:

  • Proficient keyboarding and computer skills
  • Software applications in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Quickbooks
  • Integration of software applications
