Project Management Professional (PMP®) Boot Camp Training (PRO968)
The Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam is an intense and comprehensive exam that tests all aspects of project management. The Project Management Experts (PME) PMP® exam addresses the entire Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) established by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). The course is supported with a leading industry textbook, PMBOK® Guide, and student study guide. It will cover all aspects of the PMBOK® Guide and Professional and Social Responsibility. Using a facilitated format, the instructor will present the material and encourage value added debate and discussion. Students will learn the concepts by performing exercises, taking practice quizzes and reviewing all of the processes, input, tools and techniques and outputs. Upon completion, all students will have satisfied the requirements in order to sit for the exam. Applicants must meet the following experience and education requirements: High school diploma plus 5 years of project management experience plus 35 hours of project management education; Bachelors degree plus 3 years of project management experience plus 35 hours of project management education. The cost of the exam is not included in the tuition for this course.
