Advanced Residential Applications & Case Studies (PRO379)
Too often, residential appraisers can become locked in the mindset that appraisal assignments can ONLY be completed using traditional methods. Advanced Residential Applications & Case Studies has been designed to address the inevitable challenging residential appraisal assignment. These assignments are often identified as properties that are complex in nature, ones for which there is a lack of ideal data, have unique improvements, or innumerable other challenging circumstances. In such cases, traditional appraisal methods may not work - or at least, not work in the same way as in a commonplace appraisal assignment. Advanced Residential Applications & Case Studies elevates student appraisers' knowledge and develops the expertise to recognize and address challenging assignments at the Certified Residential level. This course is AQB certified and has been awarded 15 hours Qualifying Education and 14 hours Continuing Education credit in Maryland and West Virginia.4/19-4/20, Friday & Saturday (2 Sessions)
