Courtroom Testimony (PRO752)
This course is designed to assist law enforcement officers on winning courtroom testimony strategies. Class will focus upon the methods of presenting testimony, differences between direct and cross examination, dealing with the aggressive defense attorney, qualifying as an expert witness, understanding hearsay and its admissibility, the importance of report writing and many other areas relevant to courtroom testimony. This course has been approved by the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions for 4 hours in-service.4/12, Friday (1 Session)
