This informative “how to” course is designed for the moderately wealthy, unsophisticated estate owner who desires to polish or expand their knowledge of estate planning with effective techniques. The information presented in this course will focus on explaining and using: estate taxes, balancing spouses’ estates, transferring assets, trusts, second marriages, family limited partnerships, private annuities, charitable trusts, generation skipping trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, reverse mortgages, gifting and life estate. The course will be directed toward structuring an estate to maximize the amount transferred to heirs.
