You Go, Grill! (C/S249)

As the warm weather beckons us outside, it is once again time to fire-up the grills and barbeques. You will learn about equipment, brines, rubs, marinades, and sauces. Chef Warn will assist you in preparing recipes from appetizers to entrees to side dishes to desserts-----all using that staple of American backyard entertaining, the grill. NOTE: Wine will be served. You must be age 21 or older to enroll in this course.
