Tapas to Paellas (C/S237)
Back by popular demand! Spanish cuisine highlights the bounties of its regions. It is as exciting as the other cuisines of Europe and has tremendous variety. Featured ingredients will include shellfish, olives, chorizo sausage, and rice. Join Deb Frank as she assists you in preparing all new recipes for tapas (appetizers) and paella. NOTE: Wine will be served. You must be age 21 or older to enroll in this course.
