Meat takes center stage in most American meals. Are you struggling with trying to come up with different recipes, flavors, or cooking techniques? Are you confused by the terminology used at the meat counter? Join Jim Castle in learning about different cuts of meat, best cooking practices, and how to enhance the flavor with a variety of sauces and seasonings. You will be preparing several different entrees featuring beef and pork. NOTE: Wine will be served. You must be age 21 or older to enroll in this course.
