Philippine cuisine is distinguished by its bold combination of sweet, sour, and salty flavors. While other Asian cuisines may be known for a more subtle delivery and presentation, this cuisine is often delivered all at once in a single presentation. Join Chef Hand in preparing dishes that feature ingredients indigenous to the Philippines. NOTE: Wine and beer will be served. You must be age 21 or older to enroll in this course.
