From “NO WAY” to 5K!! (PRO689)
Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to run a mile? Do you envy people who have the energy to run in a 5K race? Are you tired, out of shape, and miserable? On one hand, you know you need to exercise, but don’t have the energy. On the other hand, you know you don’t have the energy, because you haven’t exercised. Well, join our BEGINNERS running class and with your commitment earn the bragging rights to call yourself a runner by running your first 5K (3.1 miles) in June.
Join Shauna McQuade, certified RRCA running coach, one evening a week for nine weeks as she GENTLY guides you to get your body moving. This course is for the NOVICE. She will develop an individualized training schedule for you to keep you going the other six days of the week. In addition, you’ll gain a personal support team to depend on, push you, and share in your accomplishments. So tie up those laces and get ready to run! Register early, class size is limited to 10.
