If you are a Maryland citizen, 60 years of age or older, and want to learn about the world wide web, this course is for you! There are millions of web pages on the internet. How can you find what you need with such an information overload? Learn how to use an internet search engine to retrieve the information you want. This course explores the benefits of several search engines. You will conduct keyword and exact phrase internet searches. Additional topics include saving search results, adding links to favorites, and identifying links to news, sports, and weather on the web.12/4- 12/18, Tuesday (3 sessions)
