This course is designed to provide the potential real estate appraiser with the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance set forth in the 2012-2013 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). This series of courses will meet the new 2012-2013 regulations with Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria. Topics include: Preamble and Ethics Rules, Standards one through ten, and Statements and Advisory Opinions.12/15-12/16, Saturday & Sunday (2 Sessions)
