Program Management (PRO818)
This 20-hours course, offered in partnership with Garrett College, is recommended for all beginning and potential program managers. It covers the fundamental principles of program management, which may be applied on all programs, both large and small, government and commercial. This course is comprised of three major parts - Program Planning, Performance Management, and Risk and Opportunity Management. This course will be taught by Paul Weiler, long-time consultant to Lockheed Martin. NOTE: Lunch will be provided each day.9/21-9/22, Friday & Saturday (2 Sessions)
