Sometimes co-workers come across as difficult because they handle conflict differently than we do. In fact, others’ approaches to conflict can often seem counterproductive, confusing or bizarre! You may not realize that the underlying reason for this conflict is simply that employees have different personality styles. Through learning about DiSC personality styles, this session will provide a CURE for this ailment
by assisting you to:
- Understand the impact that your conflict style has on other people
- Recognize how others handle conflict differently than you do
- Identify and reduce opposition and resistance
- Explore ways to improve communication with each style
