2012 International Energy Conservation Code, Chapter 4 Residential Energy Efficiency (PRO872)
Maryland has mandated that the state will be in compliance with the 2012 IECC by 2013. This course will outline the requirements that all residential homes must meet including the Building Thermal Envelope, Building System Efficiency, and new Electrical power and lighting systems requirements. A checklist covering allresidential requirements will be provided.
