Introduction to Medical Coding (CHE 142)
This course will address Diagnostic (ICD) and Procedural (CPT) coding. This course will broaden coding knowledge and enhance coding skills by covering a variety of medical specialties and coding issues encountered in healthcare providers’ offices.Also offered for credit as Office Technologies OFTE-118. Co- or pre-requisite: CHE 886, Medical Terminology. Textbook is required and available at the College bookstore.
