Why do some wine and food matches work magically while others don’t? Join Kurt Hoffman, an expert on California wines, and Chef Hand in discussing and tasting several wines with appropriate food pairings. You will be on your way to learning the intricacies of being a “sommelier”. NOTE: Wine will be served. You must be age 21 or older to enroll in this course.
