Tapas to Paellas (PRO845)

Spanish cuisine highlights the bounties of its regions. It is as exciting as the other great cuisines of Europe and has tremendous variety. Featured ingredients will include shellfish, olives, chorizo sausage, and rice. Join Deb Frank as she assists you in preparing a meal that includes several tapas (appetizers), paella, and dessert. NOTE: Wine will be served. You must be age 21 or older to enroll in this course.
