Cardio Combo (C/S161)

Cardio Combo is a mix of intense cardio with weight training. Participants will burn fat and speed up their metabolism through this interval-style workout. Additionally, each class will finish with some type of floor work for intense glute and abdominal toning. Participants should bring water, a towel, 3-5 lb. hand weights and an exercise mat. Early registration is recommended - class size is limited to 35 students.
