Tips For Using Blackboard

 

Logging into Blackboard 

  1. Open a browser (Firefox is the preferred browser for Blackboard) with an active Internet connection.
  2. Go to blackboard.allegany.edu (or go to www.allegany.edu and click on the Blackboard icon on the bottom of the page)
  3. You will see the Blackboard login page.
  4. Enter your username and password. Your username and password for Blackboard is the same as your username and password for all your ACM accounts (e.g., email)
  5. Click on the Login button
