Career Shorts - Looking for practical short learning programs? Career Shorts is the answer for individuals and companies who wish to stay current and competitive in a fast-changing global economy. Courses are currently being offered by major business schools and workforce development centers in the US. All Career Shorts classes are 45-60 minutes in-length equipped with quizzes, web resources, downloadable course summary, and a course certificate of completion.
Ed2Go, Instructor Led Courses - Whether you're looking for professional development or personal enrichment, these six-week Ed2Go courses are the perfect way to learn a new skill or enhance your existing ones. You'll spend roughly two to four hours each week completing two engaging lessons in an enjoyable, interactive learning environment. Expert instructors develop and lead every course, and you'll be able to interact with them and with fellow students in lively online discussion areas. New sessions in everything from computer applications to interior design start every month, so you can sign up anytime!
Ed2Go, Career Training Programs - These longer career training programs are designed to provide the skills necessary to acquire professional level positions for many in-demand occupations in areas such as healthcare, sustainable energy, and hospitality. Designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, the courses provide you with an effective web-based learning experience. Instructors/mentors are actively involved in your online learning experience. Each program includes a set of lessons and evaluations; grades are a combination of the instructor's evaluation of students' work and computer graded tests.
ProTrain - Gain the skills you need to excel in the jobs for the new economy! Most courses have 12 month access and offer a wide variety of training in areas that are currently in demand. The wide range of course categories includes "green" energy, web design, IT certifications, and education. Nearly every program includes mentor support from an industry expert who is available around-the-clock to offer you the expert support you need while learning new technologies and preparing for certification. Many of the courses offered through ProTrain you won't find offered anywhere else online!
UGotClass - Are you ready for an online learning experience like none other? UGotClass offers unique advantages to the learner with courses that encompass audio lectures, slide presentations, and optional quizzes. Online discussion centers allows you to communicate with fellow participants and the instructor. Students are encouraged to visit the online classroom 2-3 times a week.
