Thank you for applying to Willowbrook Woods Housing for Allegany College of Maryland, for the 2008-2009 academic year. The housing contract you are applying for runs from August 23, 2008– July 20, 2009 (with exceptions of Break Closings). If you sign a housing contract you are responsible for the entire housing contract period. Please complete and return all documentation as soon as possible.

Please review the following Application Packet. Forms can be found beginning on page 14. Your application will not be processed until the following information is completed and received in full:

• Completed Application Form  (view the Applicant Check List)
• Completed Roommate Matching Form
• Copy of ACM acceptance Letter
• Completed Writing Sample
• Completed Recommendation Form
• Application fee
• Copy of major/program acceptance letter (if applicable)
• Meningitis Form (either Waiver or copy of form with vaccination record)

Once all required documents and payments are received a credit check will be completed on yourself and your chosen guarantor.  Once a guarantor receives an APPROVED CREDIT SCORE, your application will be considered complete, at that time reviewed and if approved and space is available a contract will be offered.

It is HIGHLY recommended you retain a copy of all information sent, in case your application would get lost in the mail.
