University of Maryland, Baltimore County
University of Maryland, Baltimore County is a popular transfer university with Allegany College of Maryland students. Although most of our liberal arts courses transfer to UMBC and many of our transfer programs relate well to majors at UMBC, students are encouraged to enroll in the University Studies program. Many students choose to begin their college experience in a small community college setting and then transfer to UMBC.
