lTransfer Admission
l The University of Baltimore is an upper-division institution offering the junior and senior years of a baccalaureate degree.  As a result, all of their students are transfer students.  To be considered for admission, students must have earned an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree or have completed 56 transferable credits.  A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required for admission to the university; however, some programs require higher averages.
l
l The maximum number of credits transferable from a community college is 60.  Courses in which the student has earned a D or better are transferable as long as the overall cumulative average is 2.0 or greater and the credits were earned at a Maryland public college or university.  For a list of recommended transfer courses or individual course transferability, visit the University System of Maryland’s on-line transfer page, ARTSYS.
